Golden Pacific office Center is a two-building, three-story office complex serving Campbell and west San Jose communities. Commercial Bank anchors this business center. Plans are being developed to modernize this 74,000 sq, ft mission-style office center into smart buildings including solar power and LED lightings.

The high failure rate of the existing fluorescent lighting really frustrated the building management team. The defect rate of the ballast was extremely high and the replacement work for the facility team was almost weekly.

Golden Pacific Office Center is undergoing a major renovation since the new ownership group acquired the two-building, low-rise office complex built in the mid-1970s. The owner has agreed to purchase the smart LED lighting system as part of the renovation plan. Customer is happy with the phase I installation and phase II installation for lobby , hallway and stairways are underway.
