GSI Technology designs, develops and markets a broad range of high performance memory products for networking, military, medical, automotive and other applications. To help them achieve high energy-saving demand, Just Light Technology replaced high energy consumption fluorescent light T8 tube in their office, laboratory, warehouse, hallway with LED 2×4′ Panel Lights which qualified for PG&E rebate. For outdoor lighting, Just Light replaced older pole lights and wall pack lights with retrofit kits. In addition to LED lighting integration, smart sensors with daylight harvest, occupancy and motion detection also added to lighting system to further enhance energy saving efficiency, results in 63% energy saving efficiency. Due to small area of installation, Just Light suggests GSI to use On-Bill Financing from PG&E to achieve flexible funding. Just Light helped GSI to apply for the program and make the procedure goes more smoothly.
