WELLEX is a full-service electronic contract manufacturer, founded in 1983 to support OEM companies with all phases of their manufacturing requirements, from product design through production. High defect rate and high maintenance cost for fluorescent tube lights and 400W high bay HID lamps in warehouse and production area. Wellex and Just Light has agreed to sign a 5-year ESPC(Energy Saving Performance Contract) with no upfront system and installation cost. The monthly payment is portion of the monthly saving after the installation of the Smart LED lighting system. Customer is very impressed with the extremely low failure rate of the LED lightings and the much better illumination from the LED lights.
